Duplicate gvm entries in my path

Jeff Palmer
I just installed GVM. My path now contains a lot of duplicate gvm entries. Anyone know why? Here's what my path currently looks like:

/Users/jeff/.gvm/groovy/current/bin:/Users/jeff/.gvm/grails/current/bin:/Users/jeff/.gvm/griffon/current/bin:/Users/jeff/.gvm/gradle/current/bin:/Users/jeff/.gvm/vert.x/current/bin:/Users/jeff/.gvm/bin:/Users/jeff/.gvm/groovy/current/bin:/Users/jeff/.gvm/grails/current/bin:/Users/jeff/.gvm/griffon/current/bin:/Users/jeff/.gvm/gradle/current/bin:/Users/jeff/.gvm/vert.x/current/bin:/Users/jeff/.gvm/bin

Apologies for only replying on this thread now.

I have released a fix during December that remedies this problem. This was happening due to both .bash_profile and  .bashrc  being sourced on certain platforms.

We now check to see if the path already has gvm-init.sh, and if not we source it.

This can also happen if you source the gvm-init.sh more than once in a single shell, for example after you update gvm.
